The glass drop checker is a must if using CO2 within the aquarium. As useful as CO2 is for aquatic plants it can also be damaging if not properly regulated. The drop CO2 checker informs the aquarist if their co2 levels are good, not enough or dangerously high by the solution inside changing colour accordingly.
