Returns & Refunds

If an item is not to your liking and you wish to return it we offer a 30-day return policy, items must be returned with original packaging for a full refund, the return shipping is the buyers responsibility and the cost will NOT be refunded. We have return depots in the USA and the UK at present, so no need to worry about returning items back to China.

In the event of an item damaged during shipping, we will arrange a replacement and cover the returned costs of the damaged item. If your item arrives damaged we must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery date/time. You void the right to a replacement/refund if we are not notified within the timeframe.

Foods, Medications, and additives are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.

Cancellation Policy

You can only cancel an order if it has not been dispatched. If your order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled. However, please note that this does not impact your right to return the item once you receive it.
