Where are you based?


Castle Dawn Aquatics is proudly Irish-owned and based in both Guangdong and Hong Kong, China. We’re the only Irish-run aquatic business in mainland China. Dublin Coming Soon.

Q: Do you sell to individual customers or only wholesale?

We offer both! Whether you're an individual hobbyist or a retailer looking to stock up, we’ve got you covered.

🌍 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to over 100 countries, including the USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, and most of Europe and Asia.

How long does delivery take?


Delivery times vary by location and shipping option. You can find full shipping estimates on our Shipping & Returns page.

Why does shipping to the US take longer?

Due to new US tariff laws, packages may take up to 1 extra week for customs clearance. All US customers are responsible for paying any import tariffs.

📦 Orders & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Once in transit, cancellations aren’t possible — but you can still return the item once it arrives.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

What if my item is damaged in transit?

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We’ll arrange a replacement and cover the return cost of the damaged item.

🔧 Product Quality & Warranty

Are your products safe for aquariums?

Absolutely. We only sell products made from 100% aquarium-safe materials. Unlike mass platforms like Temu, we rigorously test and quality-check every item.

Do you honour warranties?

Yes. Most products include a 1-year limited warranty. Some items, like tanks or structural parts, may include extended warranties. Please refer to our Warranty page for details.

Do you offer white labelling for stores?
