SHIPPING DELAYS NOV - DEC 2024

During the period of November 1st - December 31th there will be delays due to the holiday period. We can not guarantee packages will arrive within the normal delivery time and can take up to an additional 3-4 weeks for delivery.

U.S. Customs has informed our logistics company that any packages shipped after November 19th will not arrive before the holiday period this year, due to the new import law implemented in October causing mass delays and backlogs.

RETURNS

If an item is not to your liking and you wish to return it we offer a 30-day return policy, items must be returned with original packaging for a full refund, the return shipping is the buyers responsibility and the cost will NOT be refunded. We have return depots in the USA and the UK at present, so no need to worry about returning items back to China.

In the event of an item being damaged during shipping, we will arrange a replacement and cover the returned costs of the damaged item.

Foods, Medications, and additives are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.  

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED IT MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE. IF DAMAGES ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME THE RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY DOES NOT APPLY.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can only cancel an order if it has not been dispatched yet. If your order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled. However, please note that this does not impact your right to return the item once you receive it.
