Fast & Reliable Worldwide Shipping

We work with trusted international logistics partners to provide reliable tracked delivery to customers around the world. Every shipment is carefully packed by our team before leaving our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 2 to 5 working days

European Union: 4 to 7 working days

USA & Canada: 7 to 14 working days

Rest of the World: 10 to 14 working days

All orders include tracked shipping as standard. Express delivery options may be available for selected destinations upon request.


Sea Freight Shipping Items

Sea freight is our most economical shipping option for larger and heavier items.

Estimated delivery: 35 to 45 days

Please note that delivery may occasionally take longer due to weather conditions, port congestion, customs processing, vessel schedules, or other circumstances outside our control.

Sea Freight Tracking

Sea freight shipments do not receive tracking updates while travelling at sea.

Tracking will only become active once the shipment arrives at the destination port and is collected by the domestic courier responsible for final delivery. Once scanned into their network, tracking updates will begin to appear.

It is therefore completely normal for there to be no tracking updates for several weeks while your order is crossing the ocean. This does not indicate that your parcel has been lost or delayed.

Sea freight remains the most cost-effective option for shipping bulky and heavy aquarium products internationally.


Customs, Duties & Tariffs

United States

All applicable US tariffs are included in the price you pay. There are no hidden import charges on delivery.

United Kingdom & European Union

Orders are dispatched with the appropriate customs documentation to help ensure smooth customs clearance.

Should customs authorities require additional documentation, we will gladly assist where possible.


Returns & Replacements

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the correct return address.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Fish food
  • Medications and treatments
  • Water additives and conditioners
  • Botanicals

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your tracking has not updated for:

  • 15 days (UK & EU)
  • 20 days (International)

please contact our customer support team.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange either a replacement or a full refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been dispatched or are in transit cannot be cancelled.

Once delivered, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.


Import Regulations & Customs Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase comply with the import laws, customs regulations and restrictions of their own country.

Castle Dawn Aquatics cannot accept responsibility for delays, inspections, storage charges, import restrictions, customs holds or the refusal of goods by customs authorities.

Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by your country's authorities remain the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If customs authorities require information or documentation from the importer, it is the customer's responsibility to provide it promptly.
