Our aquarium sediment filter cartridges are often the first filter installed in the Reverse Osmosis system acting like a net as it catches unwanted particles, such as silt and rust. The sediment filter cartridges' removal of particles allows filter cartridges, such as Carbon Blocks, to perform better and for longer periods of time. Sediment filter cartridges are essential to ensure optimum water quality for freshwater and saltwater aquarium fish.
