We take the heater packs, wrap them in a piece newspaper, place them into a fish bag and let them float in the tank to maintain the temperature within the aquarium. The largest packs can stay warm for up to 110 hours ( about 4 days) and have seen us through some hard times. The shipping warmers are also essential in keeping fish comfortable if shipping fish across country or moving to a new home, particularly during the winter months.
