Chrysanthemum flowers make a great addition to a blackwater aquarium and serve as a tasty treat for shrimp, who will happily spend their day nibbling at them. These flowers release minimal tannins into the water and, once submerged, gradually open up to create an eye-catching botanical in the aquarium.
