Medium Elephant's Ear Pods (20 Pack)
Elephant Ear Pods are a striking and highly functional botanical choice for both blackwater aquariums and bioactive terrariums. Their thick, woody structure ensures slow degradation, making them a durable and long-lasting addition to natural aquascapes and enclosure setups.
When scattered throughout the aquarium, these pods create excellent hideaways for small fish, shrimp, and invertebrates, while also introducing a unique turmeric-yellow tone that adds visual depth and contrast to leaf-litter-style blackwater environments.
Their textured surface encourages biofilm growth, providing a natural grazing surface for Caridina and Neocaridina shrimp, as well as Plecos and other bottom-dwelling species.
All our botanicals are organically sourced, free from harmful pesticides, and naturally sun-dried without the use of chemicals.
